Swedish Lagercrantz acquires Danish Skomø A/S

Lagercrantz Group has acquired all the shares in the Danish company Skomø A/S. Skomø develops, manufactures and markets graphic custom-designed imaging materials. Customers consist of car dealers, real estate agents and retail businesses in Denmark. The company’s operations are based in Ebeltoft in Jutland and it generates annual sales of about MDKK 45 with good profitability.

Skomø will form part of the Lagercrantz Communications division as from September 2016. The acquisition is expected to generate a small positive addition to the Group’s earnings per share on an annual basis.
