KORE Software’s rapid growth leads to new European regional office

Over the past 18 months, US-based KORE has experienced rapid company expansion and increasing demand from sports and entertainment organizations across Europe. To meet the demand, KORE has opened a London-based office, dedicated to providing the same benchmark quality of service that their North American customers have been receiving for a decade. This new location will enhance the servicing of European customers, which include well-known sports enterprises such as AEG and FC Barcelona.

We’ve opened a dedicated office and placed a team of experts to ensure that European customers receive the same high-quality experience that we’ve become known for,” mentioned Matt Sebal, CEO of KORE Software.
To run the London office and lead the continued European expansion, KORE has hired Darrel Pugh as Commercial Director for Europe. Previously he served as head of media, sport and entertainment for the UK and Ireland at SAP. “During my tenure at SAP, I witnessed a growing need for clubs and federations to enhance their fan engagement, sponsorship, partnership and data strategies. KORE’s solutions are uniquely capable of serving the industry in ways that will drive growth, revenue and fan loyalty,” commented Pugh.
One of KORE’s key pillars is unrivaled customer support, which goes beyond typical product and tech support. Dedicated Customer Success Managers advise users on reporting, analytics, and system optimization best practices. Brooke Andrews has also joined KORE in Europe to help drive Customer Success efforts; previously Brooke worked for the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs.
